I start a project, write up a plan of action, follow the plan. It's like the set of directions to build a table. The satisfaction of completing my task keeps me motivated, the end results (money) keeps me motivated, and seeing hot chicks never hurts.

So the satisfaction of a job well done and money are big motivators for me right now which keeps me focused. If I lose sight of my goals I look at the plan I wrote out.
