basically he came out on stage and asked if anyone had some weed for him... you see people throwing joints and bags up on stage... he walks around looking at various bags and finds one he apparantly approves of and starts rolling a joint... from the sides of the stage you seem some cops moving in slowly... so he puts the joint in his mouth and then before lighting up yells out something along the lines of "who here is gonna kick these cops asses if they pull me off stage?"; obviously the crowd goes wild, the cops back off and he lights up...
