Yes, 7c/1000 impressions for your gallery thumb on a row with 5 others. Not a banner displayed at the top of his page. There's a difference.
And what do you mean my traffic must be 15x better? I'm not the one offering this.. I told the guy who started the thread that $0.10 per 1k would probably be the correct price range if its just TGP traffic.
