I posted this on another thread about another infamous person that used to post to this board, but it is applicable to Dave Lewis.
Males that abuse the use of profanity (much as Dave Lewis does) usually meet one or more of the following criteria.
Are insecure about their masculinity.
Are uneducated and lack a vocubulary.
Are either young or immature for their age.
I will add one more thing. Males that make idle threats on public boards usually meet one or more of the following criteria.
Are stupid.
Are all mouth.
Tough guys don't feel the need to talk about how tough they are. Insecure, cowardly, males do feel that need.
