20% - 30% right off the bat using cascading billing. Then on top of that you should add more payment platforms to allow each and ever surfer that wants to spend their money with you a chance to convert them. Be it check processors, telephone billing, dialers, invoicing, EU debit solutions and so on.
If you dont do this in todays market and want to be presented as a competitive affiliate program or just for yourself, use a full fledged affiliate program software like
