Here's the funny part. The Neon has a fairly large motor for it's class at 2.0L pushing 132 hp. It's capable of give or take 110 mph. The Honda civic DX motor pushes 115 hp at 1.7 litre. Slower? Naw. Top speed 150 mph. Not that I would ever want to push my civic past 100 mph. That's just suicide.
