after some diging forums, asking people, reading tests and stuff I came up with the following:
blackberry: no real OS, problems getting existing ssh clients connect to servers, as Quiet said no 128encryption for http
treo650: outdated, crashing ssh clients
nokia 9500: has nice Os (symbian) but its huge 15cm while the others are 11cm
This is why I just ordered Nokia 9300
the smaller brother of the 9500 (13cm), its missing wifi and camera which I dont need.
