I've been drinking the green tea as KRL suggested for about 5 days no, but unfortunately haven't shed any pounds yet
I don't know if I'm drinking enough of the tea, I have about 4-5 cups per day.
I've also heard that "Herbal Magic" is a great natural way to lose weight, has anyone tried this?
I just want to lose 10 pounds, but don't have the time to get to the gym, so I'm trying to eat better (no bread etc), and drink lots of green tea & water...
