Who cares? Well, since Adult Check sent me a supoena for a deposition, and called me and gave me 4 hours of grief - I care.
They asked personal questions, attempted to pry into my personal life - wasted over 4 hours of my time - when in fact they were the ones being sued.
I worked for perfect 10 for 4 months as their webmaster, then left - Adult Check lawyers found out I had worked for them, and tried to bring me in against Perfect 10. That was just it - I didn't care. I know how this business works - but they insisted on bringing me in for a deposition.
When I wouldn't give them my home address, educational background, what documents I signed with Perfect 10, and my financial information - they called me a "hostile" witness, and insisted they would get me to come back in to answer.
The reason I asked was to find out if anyone knew what was going on - I didn't ask you to answer if you didn't care.
