Even grosser than that is something I heard on Stern's show once They were talking bout a gay guy who was so promiscuous that he was treated many many time for syphilus sores around his anus. Kept going back to the dr and getting treated for the same thing. It got so bad that they had to do a permanent colostomy and he had a vent or something put in that had to be drained of the shit several times a day. Well you guessed it.. He ended up getting the same sores all around that vent or whatever ya call it. Stupid sick fuck
