I know where RCN is coming from...some clients are a real pain in the ass (I bet you were very good at pestering them on icq
) but if you made a deal you need to stick to it. Changing the terms afterwards is LOW.
Also like Trade_Monkey said, first you need a lot of support after moving until everything is working, then you shouldn't be needing any unless the host fucks up.
