Go rent the Japanese version. It's called Ju-on. Then rent Ju-on2.

Ju-on 2 has some CRREEEEEEPY shit in it. Japanese horror films are always better for creep factor. American versions go for the visual shock, by pumping up the FX.

I got Ju-on and Ju-on 2 on the black market in Canada almost 2 years ago.

Gotta love those Canadians.
