Hell no.. she probably assumed the cookies were poisoned & had the sherrif haul them away :P
Anyway suing them like that was probably extreme, especially when they appologized and the other neighbors were willing to pay for the ladys medical expenses.
But it was a pretty dumb move for the parents of those kids to PERMIT them to go out delivering cookies at 10:30pm to their boondock neighbors. Which is probably why the judge let the lady win.
