It means he wants to sound like he knows what hes talking about or that he has some secret info. IN realityy he just sounds stupid by implying that somehow all these engines are going to make some major changes in the future when in fact MSN has already rolled out its previously beta algo. (Wich is pretty good so far except the spammers are starting to creep in)
