because on those diets your not eating normally.
if your a guy around 5' 10" to 6 ft you caloric intake should be 2000 per day.
fuck counting the fat content, the carb or protein content, fuck the pills and all that other bullshit.. just count the calories and dont go over 2000.
youll lose weight.
when you come to a point where your not losing weight, just walk around the block a few times everyday. or light exercise. or heavy. just do something physical for at least 20 min per day.
