I push around 3000K-400K per day on my box at
www.sagonet.com without problems. I run Thumb TGPs so you probaly know those stats can go up and down quite a bit. I normally host 3-4 bigger sites on such a server.
It's a XEON 2.4 with 2GB RAM.
