Personally, I'd say you're being overcharged. I have a managed dedicated server with Phatservers and I'm paying a lot less for more bandwith. And Phatservers has a reputation for amazing support, above and beyond what's needed.
Unless your current host sends you hookers occasionally, you should check out Phatservers.
