There never was a "thousands" of homeless kids in the subway.
Anyway, do you have any ideas - who are they? These "homeless kids"?
They are still there, in the subway, on railway stations, and so on.
BUT ALMOST NONE OF THEM ARE MOSCOW CITIZENS!
Most of them came from different small towns and even ex-ussr countries. They choosed such life themselves.. No one asked them to come here.
