If I have a problem with an US company I can go there press
charges and have a lawsuit. I know this is a worse case scenario

Well, I don't think that in our case it's possible to do something with us, even if we were in Europe or U.S.
Many affiliate programs are well known for nonpaying.
And they are still alive. And they are not Russian!
And, finally, no one asks you to give us 100 millions hits a week for a year, and then trying to charge earned money for us.
You can check us in a week, if you really have a good traffic.
