Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to bash on Russia or Russians.
But those are simply the facts...and probably most russians feel
even worse about the situation than foreigners do...They live with
it.
I don't make up these facts...they are there and I have witnessed
some examples of it. The intentions and laws are there I know..
but having laws and to be able to enforce laws are 2 different things

Yes, sure, you know everything about Russia and Russians!!
I want to tell you that you're right about Ukraine (95% of CP webmasters are from there) and may be some small towns, but it's totally wrong about Moscow. There's absolutely another situation. Law works perfectly here. You don't live here, so you don't know anything. All you know about Russia - is from TV or Internet, but you don't know about real situation. People in Moscow lives much better, than you think.
