Maybe this thread should be posted on "Webmaster Q & Fuckin' A", i don't know..
You have some good advices for those stuff...:
1) a good pay per click on banners program (should be fantastic one with hosted banners and more site to promote to choose..)
2) a good pay per pop on exit program (something ONEST, not something with autodialer, activeX, pure shit pages...maybe one that allow choosing the pages on the pop-up!)
3) a good pay per e-mail program (same as up: something ONEST!)
Asking too much?
