It's just too hard to proove that someone is working on CP.
We just have some problems with laws concerning the net. It's hard to proove anything.. But it doesn't mean that our laws doesn't work...

I don't agree with you on this, yes you have laws but the
country has enormous problems to enforce them no matter
which crime. The police is next to bankrupt, there is hardly any
money for investigation. Police and judges make so little money
that it is very easy to buy a ruling.
Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to bash on Russia or Russians.
But those are simply the facts...and probably most russians feel
even worse about the situation than foreigners do...They live with
it.
I don't make up these facts...they are there and I have witnessed
some examples of it. The intentions and laws are there I know..
but having laws and to be able to enforce laws are 2 different things
