Well, first of all - I have no information about pre-teen sites owners statistics, I just want to remind you that there are also a lot of ex-USSR countries, where the laws are even "worse" than in Russia, and I'm sure many of CP webmasters are from there. f.e. from Ukraine and so on...
And the second.. Laws are very different everywhere. Somewhere the whole pornography and even erotica - is under the law.. So...
But, i don't wanna say something good about lolita webmasters, I think the same about them.. But
What can I do about it.
Actualy, we are not even in an adult business. Sextraffic, is the only our adult project. Everything else has nothing in common with adult buisness.
