Well actually.. don't wanna be a thorn here but..
there are a few vitamins that actually are dangerous above recommended dosage.
I don't remember if it's vitamin A or D that some recent research has shown
to be pro-cancer in higher doses... It's one of them though.
Especially important to consider if You're a smoker according to the studies.
