If you aren't a paysite operator with a bunch of sites and an affiliate program, and easy traffic, you have no business buying it.

The purchase price equates to roughly 1500 signups, maybe a little less, maybe a little more, depending how you value joins. I figure it will pay for itself in a few months for the right player --not a bad buy, even at $40k.
