Affiliates would still be paid by ccbill.

just the affiliates would lose all the cool new features of moving away from ccbill
and the complete tracking of sales, getting credited to affiliates...

So, when he says the ccbill links will not work, it means they will not show up
in his new affiliate area, and you should signup for a new account,
and replace the ones you can, and from this point FWD...

Nutshell :
ccbill links will still work!
Just you can not view stats in his affiliate program, must continue to use ccbill login, for those links.
