Female-genital mutilation is wrong, but that is not in the USA. That's on them. However, circumcision by mouth MUST stop. That is unsanitary and foul. Period. What sick fuck in his right mind would put a baby penis in their mouth? Even worse, what kind of parent would let that happen?
