I agree with Rui, besides the people who really make money tend not to brag about it too much.. kinda like when I see dudes that come into a couple of bucks (or pretend to) and spend it all on $8000 watches and ridiculously high car payments. I think
The Millionaire Next Door states that the average millionaire won't spend more than $450 on a watch, choosing instead to reinvest their earnings. Naturally our industry gets a lot of momentum from all the bling, so I suppose pushing this a little is a good marketing tactic if believable.
