Last time I was in Tokyo, there was a company doing a huge promotion on broadband service there. It isn't DSL or Cable, but like pure ethernet connection to some backbone (or something like that).

They had people setup these tables on street corners promoting this broadband service to everyone. I must have seen 100 different promoters all over Tokyo pushing this broadband service.

Japan is gonna be totally wired up.
