This is my response to 12clicks on the first page of this thread. "12clicks:
It was the AM when I purchased the script and at that point I had been awake and working at the computer for close to 24 hours. To me (at the time) the explanation of what the script does was not completely clear. I thought that it may make actual pages of links (like a link site) with alot of pages of links. His site still does not clearly identify the script for what it actually does. I did not see any disclaimer at the time of the purchase."
This is PayPal's response to my complaint: "PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy does not apply to disputes about the
attributes or quality of goods received. As a result, we cannot
reverse the transaction or issue a refund. We encourage you to
continue to work directly with the seller for an amicable resolution."
I purchased the script on 8 Mar and PayPal's response was received on 14 Mar although I was originally told the investigation would take thirty days.
By the way I read PayPal's response "quality of goods received" as meaning that even if you buy something such as script and the script does not work, they will not return your money.
