Of course I asked for the chargeback, but I will repeat that the CC provider is the one that executes the actual chargeback, which they cannot do unless it is in compliance with the law. My CC provider has temporarily returned the money to my account while they persue the investigation. I have already stated that I don't really expect the money to be permanently refunded, because of the no refund policy he posted which I have already explained is a difficult hurdle but is not insurmountable (as explained to me by my CC provider).
I don't get the product for free because there is not a product for me to use. It is worthless to me. It makes doorway pages. I have software that requires less effort than his script does. I don't even use the software because it is my understanding that the days for submitting doorway pages to the SE's are over. Hell even two bit Directories will not accept doorway pages.
I don't know if you are an attorney or have discussed this matter with an attorney (I am not an attorney and I have not discussed the matter with an attorney), but I would think that a CC provider and their attorneys, know what the law is when it comes to chargebacks. I would think that if the CC provider exposed me to a lawsuit that would, in turn, expose them to a lawsuit by me.
Please educate me on the technical legalities. I feel the need to know.
And yes; it was a stupid mistake to purchase a script when I was not completely aware of what the scprit actually does. As for the script making pages as advertised, I don't know because once I learned it merely makes doorway pages, I did not use the script. Thus maybe the script works well, maybe not.
