My CC holder is fully aware that he has a no refund policy posted (I personally think that he put it up after I asked for my money back), but that is not the course my CC holder is persuing.
I would think that one cannot be sued for a chargeback, because only a CC provider can chargeback, and only if it complies with law, and they have their own attorneys, to keep them in compliance with law.
The no refund policy is a hurdle that is a difficult one but is not insurmountable.
