Yup. Of course that is old news and came as no surprise to anyone who listened to news other than CNN. Are they ever biased.
The question is should the US be charged with war crimes since they invaded for reasons that they knew where wrong at the time. I say yes. The Iraq invasion was and still is a total abuse of power.
