What gave you the idea that you can't buy something and then change your mind? It happens everyday all across the nation; especially if you don't think the product is as advertised. What gave you the idea that a chargeback is illegal. I don't do the chargeback, the CC holder does, if you have just cause.
When I made the purchase I do not recall seeing his disclaimer. I believe he posted the disclaimer after I asked for a refund.
