Forgive the question back, but are you asking to download all hosted galleries or to download links to galleries?
If you want a list - Topbucks allows you to download a txt file with the list of all hosted galleries (over 5800) with your code already in there & you can opt for the 6 descriptions per gallery to be included in the text file.
