Of course it was a mistake. If I had not been so rummy from lack of sleep, I would not have made the purchase.
I simply asked for my money to be refunded and he is the first ever not to make a refund. There has been one other since and that too is still under investigation by my CC holder.
It of course is his pergogative to deny a refund and of course it is my perogative to have my CC holder try and get me a refund.
