You are showing yourself to be an idiot on this thread, and right or wrong, you are most likely hurting your future business with these people thru your posts. Initially it appears you had th support of the board members until you came in with your presumptuous ego and engaged fingers before brain.
If you care more about being stubborn in your own mind than doing business, hey go for it. Otherwise rethink your position and go forward. It's not going to kill you to refund one person, right or wrong you know. And after all this, refunding her might just make you look like a bigger person.
As for flying to Vegas, I was just up there weekend before last, too bad this thread didn't pop up a couple weeks ago.
