I have purchased several thousands of dollars worth of software and script over the past few years. There has been a half dozen times or so that I have not been pleased with the software/script and have asked for a refund. Dave Lewis was the first one to deny me a refund. Since him I have been denied by one other. Some of the software/script providers provide for a thirty day money back gaurantee, but even some of those that don't will still refund your money just to maintain good customer relations.
By the way I have probably returned thirty-forty items to stores over my lifetime simply because I didn't like the product and I have never been denied a refund.
