Thats an aim2aol spammer, you will need to manually make AIM accounts to use it,
you will need aol accounts to normally run it to harvest and send at the same time
otherwise its useless since its IM spam. Proxies are needed as well.

Oh did I mention you can only send text links and you will not get any results?
