I've a single-tail, David Morgan, that My slutboy just loves. I also make most of My own gear. It's interesting to see what a devious mind will come up with.
Here's a Wal-Mart quickie: Go to the pharmacy area and grab an OralB Hummingbird. It's supposed to be a small vibrating flosser/pick, but the vibrating part is palm-sized, (thus concealable), and it's almost silent in operation. I LOVE that thing. Makes CBT much more....humorous.
