.. just that once you hit the banner page you're impression goes from "cool - multiple orgasms" to the distinct impression it's for premature ejaculators and guys that can't keep it up.. (which of course it is good for anyways)
it also depends on how you define a multiple orgasm.. as in 4 orgasms in 3 minutes.. or 3 orgasms over the period of intercourse which could be up to an hour..
