Let me clarify this issue.
Male Multiple Orgasms is about intensifying the pleasure one can exprience during an intercourse (or masturbation). That is done through the separation of ejaculation and the orgasm (which are two different things) and enables to last MUCH longer in bed.
You can orgasm without ejaculating.
Being multi-orgasmic also mean you can much better
satisfy your partner because you can last MUCH longer without ejaculating. Women need a continuous stimulation in order
to orgasm, most men can't last that long without being multi-orgasmic.
