You might pay out a little bit more getting started, but I have had great luck staffing offices using temp agencies.

You just tell them what you want, how much you want to pay and they do all the screening and testing of all candidates.

Use them and abuse them and if you want to hire them full time...you can. If you want to get rid of them...you can do that too.

The Agency Reps are ALWAYS eager to work with you in placing the right candidates.
