XPICS acquired that company to the tune of 10 Million.

I was entitled to my fair share of the sale considering I was the only guy designing for that company that was bought at that time. I helped create the first affiliate tracking software and designed the first pages that ever implemented affiliate tracking.

The nasty part about the deal was the owner of the company was a coke head and kept the money for himself.
My vigilanti style I decided to leave the coke head company and work for Brian Schuster directly. I went on a mission to ruin any credibility that the company had since I was abruptly cut out of the buy out deal. Once that said company went bankrupt I left XPICS.

I should have filed a lawsuit instead...
