Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've never made any serious money from dialers. But I'm promoting some sites that convert BETTER with quality European Traffic (UK, NL, Germany etc.) than with pure US Traffic, so this might not happen often, but IMO traffic from "rich" european Countries is nearly as valuable as US Traffic, and I could imagine that it would convert even better if the traffic would be more targetted.
F.e. I'd say that a Dutch Banner pointing to a Dutch website ( or at least a properly translated one) could convert even as good as an US-Banner that points to a common Paysite.
