I was advised to post here as a last resort after having submitted a ticket to your help desk and waiting 16 days without a reply. BTW, I also e-mailed you at support.

Your program is exactly what I need, however a couple issues have come up, at least one of which is with the admin and not my server.

Could someone please take a few minutes to help? I just can't understand why a good company with knowledgeable programmers have seemingly abandoned their customers this way.

I'm a patient person, but don't wish to be put in a position of having to go through the hassle of requesting a refund through my cc.
