I used to steal the little chrome things off of people's car tires (air nozzle caps) when I was like 11-12 years old, I still feel like a bastard for doing it.
Past that, I've never really done anything bad enough to be worth mentioning.
My little brother once burned up a bums makeshift shelter out in the desert and then used the bum's stockpile of water to put out the fire. The bum wasn't there, and I was off on the other side of a hill catching lizards, but I still feel bad about that by association.
