Yeah I understand that, but its the managers problem, not mine. Why would I even trouble myself, calling a franchise manager who gives the fuck about either his employees or customers? If I want wood - I buy it where I can get it. If I want service - I go where I can get it. I dont come back just to become more pissed about people I dont even know.
