Federal prisons and state prisons are two totally different things

The percentage of inmates infected with HIV is very high, I would say at least 50%. The thing to worry about is hepatitis which is much easier to contract.

Prison is rough and there are guys who get attacked and raped, but there are a lot more who give up the ass willingly, for protection, coffee, cigs etc.

You would be surprised at the amount of outwardly straight guys who will take it in the ass for a couple of soups, zoom-zooms and wham-whams
