Out of the office doesn't mean out of the building but probably away from their desk.
Sorry you had a hard time getting through to someone, but people have issues and multiple tasks. Calling doesn't help if the person you are trying to reach is out sick, in the restroom, on assignment, on vacation, or predisposed.
The only email you need to use is
[email protected]. That goes to a pool of people who can respond to you within a matter of minutes 24 hours a day. If anyone at that address can not answer your question they can direct the question to the proper associate for you. This should save you some time and aggravation.
Be sure when writing to support that you include your company code or Master Code.
